We make our own raw alcohol…

… out of good bread from overproduction.

For us, sustainability starts "inside" the bottle. All our raw alcohol is completely made by ourselves. In a specially developed process, we ferment and distil the bread until it's truly premium. That’s what makes our spirits stand out and what gives them their distinctive aroma and super smooth flavour. Quality over quantity. Small batch productions, sustainably delicious.

All the good bread comes from a nearby bakery.

We directly source the overproduced bread from the hundred-year-old Bakkerij Pater bakery, a 4th generation family business from Avenhorn, just 28 km away from where our spirits are fermented and distilled. In 2024, we have upcycled more than 1.2 tons of bread.

Nice soft and oily mouthfeel with a good viscous body and a taste with hints of baked bread. A lovely finish of honey and grains. Very smooth and pure, no burn.

Very bright taste of soft nutty and baked bread aromas with a juniper core and a touch of bergamot and floral over the top. Dried spice and peel on the finish.
